Horses can be some of our best teachers. They use their high sense of awareness to give us feedback that we may not find with human guides. As you work with horses, you will receive information about how you show up, connect, and communicate. They can give you insight into your leadership and influence capabilities. These unbiased creatures will serve as a mirror, confirming what you already know about yourself and revealing new aspects of your life to explore.
You and your team will participate in groundwork activities with horses. Our facilitators will be with you each step of the way and will give you all the information you need to maintain a safe environment and positive experience. No prior knowledge or experience with horses is necessary; we work with all comfort levels.
Why Horses?

Facilitators
Traci Hoops
Co-Founder & Facilitator
Traci Van Berg Hoops is a graduate of The Academy of Coaching With Horses, certified in Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching with Horses, and certified by the EAL Academy.
Traveling the world while raising four daughters, Traci found a gift for connecting with different cultures and helping others discover presence, self awareness, truth, confidence, trust, and most of all growth, even in uncomfortable situations.
Traci’s passion for horses runs deep, hailing from a two-generation legacy of Hall of Fame thoroughbred trainers. Weaving this with her desire to bring more intention to her mentoring, she lives with her human and equine herd on a peaceful 20 acre farm, opening her space for others to heal and grow.
Traci believes horses are our greatest teachers and the interactions we have with them imitate our human to human connections and experiences.
